On 22 and 23 October 2024, SSTAR partners met in Athens to catch-up on the latest updates about the project.
Many fruitful discussions were held in Athens among all partners of the Consortium.
The first day was dedicated to the Work Packages (WPs)’ presentations. Each partner provided detailed updates on its activities achieved as well as the next steps planned.
As main highlights, WP 2 has already concluded all its tasks and successfully produced the biobased dielectric fluid to increase the SSTs modules’ insulation voltage, followed by WP3 and WP 4 which have recently concluded the design of SST modules and decentralized the CHB control converters for high voltage connection.
Also, this was the occasion to meet on site and work together on the upcoming challenges for the project.
The second day was indeed dedicated to three working sessions. The first one, held by ICONS, aimed to collect input and co-design the upcoming dissemination workshops the project will promote. The second one, managed by RINA-C, was an exploitation workshop to update and refine the SSTAR exploitable results according to the results obtained at this stage of the project. The third one was held by CIRCE – project coordinator – and aimed to bring all partners on the same page in terms of expectations and activity linked to the upcoming reporting period.
These meetings are meaningful occasions to work together and focus on the upcoming challenges.
Stay tuned to keep up with SSTAR news!
